Pa Supreme Court Approves Program Creating Emeritus Status for Retired Attorneys. Retired Pennsylvania attorneys interested in providing pro bono legal service will now be eligible for emeritus status through a new program approved by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

This program takes a different approach than the typical bankruptcy law course, focusing less on substantive law and more on the implementation of consumer bankruptcy law and how to deal with the real-world situations that your clients will bring you.
